Upload Speed test..Not Available

Hi Sqwerchy,

sorry to hear but I had nearly the same problem today. Could not see my profile, share a Party or play online. I tried this:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 30 seconds.
   
   Important Be sure to wait 30 seconds. This step resets the power supply. And it is always a good idea to reset also modem/router by OFF/ON switching!!
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
   

And after this my console works like the days before.

Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Wired would be ideal if you can.

Another aspect could simply be that the test routine to measure upload/download speed simply doesnt test for higher upload speeds. Maybe someone else can confirm whether they have successfully tested/seen higher upload speeds. In any case you have ample
upload bandwidth to stream.
