Discus and support UPload on 802.11g = 10mbps. UPload on 802.11n =1mbps or less in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Firstly, I consider myself a techie, so I would respectfully say I've done all the troubleshooting methods on Xbox support page.     Firstly, I consider myself a techie, so I would respectfully say I've done all the troubleshooting methods on Xbox support page.

    So here's the issue. When I run 802.11n, every single device I have works perfectly. I hit 90 down and 10 up. My Xbox One hits 90 down.....but .3 to 1 up. Obviously terrible.

    My Xbox One upload speed is perfect using 802.11g, though. The problem is 802.11g maxes out at 54mbps when it comes to download. So I would obviously rather use n for everything.

    Every single device works perfectly on 802.11n except for Xbox One. I am completely stumped. Can anyone please help?

    When I switch between 802.11g and 802.11n, I don't change any other settings. Just that.

    What is The Best Internet Speed of Xbox Live?

    My internet download speed is 10MBPS and 1MBPS for upload and I have no problems whatsoever in hosting games.

    I also use a Netgear all in one modem/router which my console is hard wired to.

    my current speed says 768k, 1.5mbps , 3mbps, downloads speeds up to 3mbps. I know thats really slow but what do i really need for xbox live what upload speed download speed do i need? is up to 10mbps download speed up to 1mbps upload speed enough? thanks

    I agree. Just take it to another room ust to test. Lots of things can interfere with a wireless connection. Are you using 802.11g or 802.11n? 802.11g can have many sources of interference so if it turns out it is a wireless problem you may need to switch
    to 802.11n.

    yeah the minimum is 1Mbps download, .5Mbps upload. and a Ping under 100. looks like yours is just a little shy. usually a GOOD stable connection for xbox live is around 2-3Mbps Download, 1Mbps Upload.

    That's basically bare minimum. I usually recommend ~3mbps download and 1mbps upload.
