Upload freezes when trying to enter "my clips" section.

so as it states. I can watch my recorded clips from the notifications menu and from my Smartglass via laptop or phone. however when I click on the app tile Upload, it will load the main menu but if I select the "my clips" to go to the full tiled listing
of all my recorded clips the spinning wheel will pop up and then my Xbox One effectively freezes.

I say effectively because I can hit the home button and after about 2 or 3 minutes it will go back to the home screen but nothing else can be done except using the controller to power down the console into quick-start off state. even if I wake it up it
goes back to the exact same state. I have to do a hard reboot by holding the power button on the console down. I can repeat this error over and over yet I never receive any error messages.

need help or suggestions please.

How to download all my xbox clips at once?

I just uploaded them.

Thank you, I totally forgot that I could use my onedrive for this!

Now I don't need to go through the nightmare of uploading my 466 clips and screenshots one at a time.

Is it normal for onedrive to take some time loading all my clips? so far only 2 clips are in the folder.

 

Game DVR not working anymore

I've taken about 50+ clips so far, mostly Dead Rising. I've noticed today that new clips aren't showing up on my account, on smart glass on upload. When I say "Xbox record that" the notification comes up. I haven't seen any errors or messages, I've probably
lost 10 clips at this point... Any ideas?

 

need assistance as "Upload" still will not launch without causing the Xbox One to freeze.

 

Hi there. Have you tried uninstalling and redownloading Upload Studio yet? First, uninstall it, then power down your console using the method you wrote about above by holding the logo, then unplug the power cable from the back for at least 2 minutes. When
you turn it back on, re-install Upload Studio and see if that helps.

 

It's not Upload Studio, its just the Upload app. I am having the same issue except my console doesn't freeze. I just get the loading wheel when I enter "My clips". I'm starting to get *** as well because I have called tech support and after troubleshooting
for 20 minutes the guy on the phone sent me here as well as the few people on here posting and nobody seems to be responding.

 

as v3 XsV said, it actually isn't the Upload Studio that is causing the problems. I have uninstalled it, hard reset and reinstalled Upload Studio and I still get the same problems.

and technically the console doesn't freeze completely, if I hit the home button then it will sometime back out to the main screen after 7-10 minutes of the spinning loading wheel.
