upload/download speed

Discus and support upload/download speed in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have 100m virgin media broadband. Xbox wired through ethernet.     I am also experiencing unacceptable upload packet loss:

    Provider: SaskTel

    Ping: 74ms

    Download Speed: 3.85Mbs

    Upload Speed: 0.69Mbs

    Download Packet Loss: 0%

    Upload Packet Loss: 8%

    Thats sounds like its a good rate for virgin media broadband i think the best would be 5mbps but it should usually be around 4mbps .

    according to activision support my 3.4 mb upload is a bit on the low side for their games and I am on virgin fibre 50mb, although I have about 54 on the dl but average 3.4 ul. They consider this as the reason I get lag in their games.

    No Upload or Download Speed!

    Ive been having the same issue for the past 4 days checking my detailed connection it shows up blank and im wired on a xbox on x with 2TB this is a joke........ Now im having syncing issues with my games...... I am very unhappy with the xbox live services
    right now....... And i had to redownload the latest console update cause the console crashed on me last night how can a 500$ monster crash lmao........

    Turns out this is because the servers were down but didn't say it for me when I posted this. The servers have been down for 6 days now, I guess this is what happens when Microsoft hires people who don't know what they're doing?
