Upload app "capture not saved" error

Same here. I just bought an xbox one 2 days ago. I have one clip and one screen cap and that is it. On upload it won't save and on upload studio it won't either. I've tried many combos to fix this and nothing. Not that it's a deal breaker but really, after
dropping 4 hundred you expect this to work... Giving serious consideration of taking back the system all together...

Might I mentioned that this is the second Xbox One in 3 days, first was broken and I had to return it for a new one. This is seriously dumb and sad no official word on this.

 

UPDATE:

I figured out a few things.

Clips I've recorded myself, I can save but ones that save automatically I can't.

Also, for the ones you can't, I found a work around to get it of the system. Open the YOUTUBE app and sign in to your account, if you don't have one, get one and you can upload it straight to your channel. I did it private, so I could get the clip off and
edit it. Hope this helps everyone till MS gets there head from their rear. I mean seriously, I have to rely on YOUTUBE? Unacceptable.

 

Similar problem: I had 210 captures. Selected all and saved. Only 155 saved. I used xboxdvr.com to pull my saved captures to my PC and deleted the "saved" captures from Upload. The remaining 55 "unsaved" captures fail to save and give the aforementioned
error at the beginning of this thread. All of my captures are recorded by me and this also includes screenshots.

Any updates from a Moderater would be extremely helpful
