    Upheld Perm Ban on Case Review


    Today, my account was banned recently after my account was hacked and there was many hate messages and threat sent through messages from the hacker to other accounts. The support couldn't help me. Nothing could. I have spent way too much money on
    (My banned xbox account for now) for some hacker to get it banned. I need the enforcement team to see this because this is totally unfair saying that I have been a great player and have abided by the Code of Conduct. If anyone could help in anyway please do.
    I just don't want to start over because I would have to spend months or a year worth of time getting back all my progress. It just isn't fair Microsoft. Not at all.

    Hey there OFG,

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. Unfortunately the Enforcement Team is not looking through the Forums and will more than likely not take a look at your case. The best option that you can go with would be to go through the
    Enforcement Website to submit a Case review.

    Unfortunately enforcement.xbox.com doesn't check these forums and the only way to get any resolution is through their website.

    Sorry, but the enforcement team does not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them.

    Yeah i know that but still , he got perm banned for trashtalking like what i got some 1 day or 2 ban for thag but never a perm ban and i was posting becaise now its just too late im perm banned and i dont know what to do so im trying
    If you already filed for the case review and it was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.
