    my membership was due for renewal. i forgot i purchased a game in marketplace i thought i paid by card but found out it went out of paypal when i checked my bank statement it just come up as microsoft so i thought it was my renewal so i queried it and they
    suspended my account so childish they could of emailed me anyway so i solved it and they upheld it and kept it on suspension......under consumer act 2015 there in the wrong and im going to pursue it its stupid the treat you like children

    I've again been cited by enforcement and I just don't know why. Can someone explain how these can be upheld when I don't use mic in-game or send offensive messages?

    I haven't had an issue on my account for years and now within months I have two offenses? I don't break the of conduct nor say homophobic slurs. It's seriously the last thing I'd ever say...

    Xbox is very disappointing I've been reading posts and Xbox has gone to crap been with them for 12 years and they deserve to get some legal action taken against them for how they treat people it's really sad so go get them

    How do you know it isn't your "friends" in party chat reporting you? You ARE communicating with a mic with someone when these incidents are supposed to have occurred. Anyone else have access to your account?

    If the enforcement team upheld their decision, then they've already investigated your account and decided the suspension is warranted. There is nothing else you can do, but wait it out.
