    Upgrading to Xbox One S


    I am thinking of upgrading to the One S. I am planing on selling my white 500 GB Xbox One. My question is I have a few games I bought digitally on my hard drive and was wonder if I leave them installed and delete my profile will the person I sell it to be
    able to play them?

    Hey there KD8HZY!

    If you're upgrading from an original Xbox One to the Xbox One S,
    check out the steps here     to receive an adapter. If you purchased an Kinect sensor separately with your Xbox One S, you'll need to find a local retailer that has them in stock.

    They shouldn't be able to, no. Digital licenses are tied to you're profile/primary console.

    There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
    right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.
    I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

    To be clear, did you buy a One S or a Series S? Does it have a disc drive?

    You shouldn’t get any upgrade prompts on a One S, X/S games will not run on a One S, if you upgraded the game to the X/S version, so if you have One S, you should decline upgrades

    It's just xbox one

    With one x gets HD upgrades when available

    If you want you can upgrade to S or to X but it's not nessesary. Although i upgraded my first xbox one to S back in the time and now on Black Friday i upgraded to X so it's depend on the person i think.
