Upgrading to Game Pass Ultimate isn't working

So 2 days ago I bought an Xbox Game Pass card for 3 months. At the time I thought that Xbox Game Pass came with Xbox Live Gold. My Subscription to Game Pass Ultimate ran out yesterday so that's when I used the card. When I realized it doesn't come with
Gold I tried to convert it to Ultimate. When I click the join button on the Game Pass Ultimate, it comes up with the conversion thing. Once I press continue it says " It looks like something went wrong, but we can help

Contact Xbox support at support.xbox.com and we'll get you back to gaming."

I want to play Minecraft with my friend but I can't do that until I get this fixed.

Also, I've tried joining multiple times on my phone, my Xbox, and my laptop.
