Upgrading to Elite Xbox One and I am enrolled in the Early access Beta program.

What do I need to do on November 3rd when I get the new Xbox One Elite concerning my early access account and testing windows 10. Please tell me all i have to do is log into the new Xbox and update my account information?

Hey Merry,

I can only give beta forum access to the profile that enrolled in the beta program.

With the Beta dashboard on your console, there isn't a way to get it off or to remove you from the program.

If you can let us know the Gamertag on your console that is enrolled in the beta, we can look into getting that profile access to the beta forums.

I cant access the beta forums its been a while now since ive enrolled in the beta program but cant seem to access the forums keeps coming up group not found can you please help!! thanks

 

Once you've set your new console up go to "my games & apps",then "apps",scroll to the right & re download the preview app from there.

Open up the app & unregister your old console & register your new one.

Any other preview questions should go in the preview forums

Thank you so much for your prompt response. i was given a link from customer support but even time i tried to go to that area I would find my way here, sorry for posting in the wrong section i didn't know what else to do.

By the way, With regards to your Preview Program, since you have mentioned that you were a member of the said program. Once you have access to the account being registered as Preview. All you have to do is to post this notification of changes to our Preview
Team. On their website (support.xbox.com/.../xbox-update-preview-faq) and post in the private Xbox Early Access forums for help.

 

I just clicked the link you listed and says group not found. This is crazy

 

Best thing to do is make another thread asking for preview forum access & someone from official support should sort that out for you soon.

All you need to do is redownload the app & do what I mentioned,no need to post in the forums about getting a new console.

I've had to do this 3 times due to replacement consoles & it's gone smoothly every time,usually takes about 48-72 hours to process.
