Upgrading to a One tomorrow.

After my Forza install failed the first time, I tried the trick where you sign offline. The games installed much quicker! But still had this huge updates to download and install. I am sure with new releases it won't be bad.

 

Well just remember it is about fun. Be patient.

 

I have a PS4 and Xbox one and if you want the smaller indie like games don't even bother looking at the Xbox one ... While Max is a solid game the PS4 simply has a lot more indie games then the Xbox one will ever have.

 

You can't predict the future Closing Racer. Besides, even if you're right, my list

here tells me that the Xbox One will do just fine in the Indie department.

I can look at Trends and given facts Sony has embraced Indies long before Microsoft have and in comparisons the PS4 already has a lot more indie titles that the PS4 will have more by the end of the life cycle

 

@ClosingRacer I had a PS4. And though it's a fantastic system, I missed having an Xbox. Been using Xbox for 10 years. I will own both consoles by the end of the year I think. Not enough titles out yet to own both now.

But with this deal Gamestop was running I picked up $397.50 for my PS4. Figured now would be as good as any to switch back.

 

ClosingRacer, be that as it may, it's not a competition (between us) - choose what you like. Both consoles have a large enough selection of Indie and other games to choose from. It's not about which has more (Indie) games - anyone who says otherwise is merely
trying to sway others' opinions, which isn't necessary. We can all decide for ourselves, so let's leave it at that & steer this thread back on topic.

 

I have Both and to say that The Xbox will have more Indies then the Ps4 or even more better ones is pretty much a Lie ... If you want more indie titles the PS4 is a better option to upgrade to imo ...

 

I'm not saying one console has more than the other and never was. What I'm saying is that it doesn't really matter. If I really wanted to know, I could count off how many Indie games have been and will be released on each console to get the actual facts,
but I'd rather not go through the tedious effort to do so. If you'd like to in order to get more bang for your buck, then more power to you. All I'm saying is that there is more than enough Indie titles on both consoles that you really shouldn't need to. Indie
is here, regardless of console, and is finally getting noticed - and that's a good thing.

 

I didn't buy my X1 with the intention of playing heaps of indie titles. So I'll put this in the I don't care department.
