Upgrading from Xbox one games to X/S

To be clear, did you buy a One S or a Series S? Does it have a disc drive?

You shouldn’t get any upgrade prompts on a One S, X/S games will not run on a One S, if you upgraded the game to the X/S version, so if you have One S, you should decline upgrades

The Xbox One X is absolutely worth it if you want to play games in 4k. The One S only allows you to watch content in 4k, but you can't play any Xbox enhanced games. If you don't own either an S or an X, or own an original Xbox One, I would definitely
recommend the X. If you already own an S, then it's a little harder to push the upgrade. I had the Day One Edition Xbox and upgraded to the S. But once I saw games running in 4k, I upgraded again to the X. Totally worth it in my opinion.

I upgraded from the original xbox one to the one s. Noticable differences. Then i upgraded from the s to the x. No noticable differences that made the price worth the money. I highly regret making the purchase if anything i would buy a playstation or something
