    Upgraded to Xbox one x and can’t access my cloud saves


    Hi I upgraded to the Xbox one x today and even though it took me hours to set it up I was ok.

    Until I went to continue a game and found that all my saved games had vanished! Not sure how this is even possible. One, because I had everything saved to the cloud and two because all my games have always been installed on a external hard drive.

    I can access and play all games but have now lost years of saves.

    After endless searches on Google I have come across nothing that shows this issue or how to fix it.

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    Cloud storage

    Can someone please tell me how to find access to the cloud storage on the Xbox one? I have Xbox live gold so apparently should have access to cloud storage but I have looked everywhere on system and can’t find it. When I look at storage, I only have what
    the console came with and my external hard drive. I would like to move a game to the cloud as I was told it would save the progress as I have to unfortunately uninstall and reinstall game due to island not loading (Jurassic World Evolution)

    Cloud Sync Not Working

    This moderator is clearly copying and pasting old data from the Xbox One days. This troubleshoot doesn’t work on Xbox Series X or S consoles.

    “Cloud saved games” isn’t an option anymore.

    I can’t find how to force a cloud sync. I can’t play Starfield on my other console in another room because the data won’t sync.

    What’s the point of cloud saving if it doesn’t actually save???

    You will not lose your games saves when you upgrade to the Xbox One X from Xbox One as your game saves are stored on the Cloud.

    You don't have to transfer game saves from the Xbox One to the Xbox One X.

    They (game saves) will sync once your console (Xbox One X) is connect to the internet.

    If I pay full price for a new xbox one x, can I upgrade it to Scarlett for free when it releases?

    As far as i’m aware yes, with the Xbox all access as people have stated above. I can’t see myself getting rid of my Gears of War One X however so no upgrade for me </3

    I'm not sure I'm reading your second question right, but if you have cloud saves enabled on the games, you'll be able to access your saves on the older consoles and the new. That's mainly for 360 games. Xbox One games already have cloud saves enabled. Original
    Xbox saves would be the only exception since that was not a feature on that console.

    I've tried to reinstall. Doesn't work. As for deleting saves from cloud, i don't know where you guys get that from, but there is no such option on my xbox one x.

    I've seen that same answer before, but I just can't seem to access my cloud saves. Is there a website or something to delete it?
