upgraded to xbox one s, still no 50k points 3 weeks later

I upgraded to xbox one s from a 360. Part of the package was 50K points if purchased by 12/31/16. I ordered it on 12/19 and received it before the 25th. I set it up and logged on before 12/31. It's been well over 14 days; will I be getting the 50k reward
points?

Rewards Not Showing

Purchased a new xbox one s on black Friday. Went through the rewards portal for the 50k points offer. Was told that the points would be deposited 15 days after shipping. It's been 3 weeks since the xbox shipped and still no points. The added points were
a determining factor on where I purchased my new xbox. Will return to the Microsoft store I guess.

I purchased an Xbox one s on November 24th and I am supposed to get 50k rewards points for upgrading to Xbox one s from Xbox one in the month of November or December. It has been over 30 days and still no 50k points. I called and posted here before and still

We see that the Credits for this offer were placed as pending on the third of January. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit.
Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, you should expect a deposit of these Credits as usable currency by the end of month deposit.
