Upgraded to Xbox One but no points yet.

I purchased the Gears Xbox one S deal through microsoft online store the other day. Up till now I have only been a 360 owner and am a Live Gold member. The purchase has been confirmed, my Xbox has shipped and the payment has gone through at my bank. I
have yet to see any indication that the rewards program has acknowledged that purchase and is therefore prepared to add the earned credits. Does the process take like a week or something for everything to be validated before the credits will be given? I
understand that credits are not deposited till the 15th or 30th of each month and only when 5000 or more have been earned. I would just like to know what to expect with regards to the rewards mission for upgrading to the one. Thank you!

Missing rewards credits

I upgraded from Xbox One to Xbox One S as part of the 50,000 rewards credits offer, but have still not been credited any points. Can someone help to credit my missing points?

I have the same problem. I upgraded to an Xbox one S from an Xbox one using the link in the email i was sent. It has been 17 days not and still no points.

 

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.
