Upgraded console - lost games

Hi,

I have had an issue with upgrading from an Xbox One to a One S - I'm not sure how, but I had a load of games on the One that are not linked to my current xbox account. I only have one account on both the xboxes.

I must have bought these games with another account that i don't have access to anymore, so I've now lost a lot of the games that I used to have by upgrading! Dying Light, Witcher 3, NBA 2k15.

They were all available in the 'Ready to Install' section on the One, but not on the One S!

Can I get these games transferred?

If not can i get some compensation?

Upgraded My Console.

Hello all,

I have a question, i am currently in the
Xbox 360 Dashboard Preview program on my old console (60GB White Console)

Yesterday i bought a 250GB Slimline and want to import all my game date, saves, DLC and gamertag to the new hard drive via the data cable i have, my question is will this 'block' my account? untill the preview program tag goes from the dashboard?

Im going to give the old console to my brother (live in the same household) will he be fine to make a GT on the console?

If they were bought on another account, you would need to be able to sign into that account in order to move them to the new console. Nothing can be transferred between accounts.

Hi Sheep,

I have upgraded the game before and nothing was lost. Like ambassador King of the Ren stated its an upgrade.

I have with DbD and no issues. As with all games, your progress is held in the Xbox Live server suite and is not lost if you upgrade or move to another console/computer. You can check your status at TrueAchievements. They use the server to collect your
data and you can be assured it is not with your console or game. Upgrading editions with DbD and SoD2 went amazing smooth for me. I know it will for you!

I have lost rank points before but only on games where the connection to EA was lost, this includes any weapon upgrades unlocked during that match too.

btw theres a field upgrade upgrade that doubles them but its the last perk n the upgrade-by the time i get there im so busy doing something else i forget-then i get the field upgrade lost msg
