Upgrade to Xbox One S

I want to upgrade from a Xbox One to a Xbox One S. I can't find a deal with only console/controller. Instead, all I see are bundles with games I don't play. I'm on a tight budget and looking to spend a maximum of $225USD before taxes. If anyone would be
kind enough to point me to the right retailer or promotion that will help me achieve my goal. I already have a great collection of games, so I'm not interested in bundles.

Xbox One upgrades ?

The Xbox one S will be released, ( with the 4K image ... ) but would it be possible to upgrade the Xbox one ( For example, buy pieces of Xbox one S to put in your Xbox one ) ?

If you look at your local retailers some have trade in offers I did one months ago but I know they are doing them agsin

Trade in xbox one for Xbox one s for 99 dollars

If you want to do a straight buy them no 399 is the cheapest the games usually come free

The bundle is a better value

Thank you very much for your response. That is exactly what I had to do. I traded in the old one at gamestop, unfortunately, I got only $60, but it was enough to meet my goal. I took the bundle with Halo Wars 2
