Upgrade to premium version of jigsaw failed

I wanted to buy this. The process broke off on the last entry.
An address for Germany is fixed and can not be changed over to
Switzerland.

How can I solve this trivial problem? There does not appear to be access to responsible support.

Thanks for the update on the issue. If you are having an issue with the address on the payment instrument. You will need to try and get a payment instrument from the same region as you. This is the same issue that Xbox users have with different regions on
their payment instruments. If don't have one or unable to get, you can always try a paypal.

My Xbox account is set to the region "Zug, Schweiz".
Nevertheless, when paying for my address only "Deutschland" is offered for "selection" and is therefore not possible.
So I can not do without the annoying advertising.

Hi. I am not sure how to answer this, but maybe some version might be missing the Upgrade. Did you check the region settings for that game to make sure it is set to your country?

I am not trying to buy Premium I am trying to upgrade as I have been able to do in Mahjong Solitaire and Jigsaw games,
