I understand your frustrations with this, but understand, what you're asking can't really be done.

When your Xbox One runs a Xbox 360 BC game - no matter what game that may be - The Xbox 360 emulation software believes that the 360 game in operation is running on an actual Xbox 360. It doesn't even know what an Xbox One is. There is no way to change
this behaviour without the original developer making a dedicated Xbox One version of the game. When Microsoft make the games BC, they don't change any of the game code, indeed, they wouldn't be allowed to, it's not their game.

It's not a simple a task as you may want to believe.

Xbox 360 but since clans go cross all platforms it doesn't really matter which console. But I mainly play on 360 since I don't see the while point of upgrading lol.

there is not a release date for the ps4 damn retards and the ps is always on top of Microsoft.

ms came out with the 360 first which made sony come out with the ps3 which was like 700 bux, than ms had to come out with a new xbox 360 just to compare with the ps3 and ms made a 4gb 360 so it could attract ppl back to their xboxs. and all sony has done
was only change the look on the ps3 there was no upgrades to them unlike the new xbox so its simple to say that the ps is way the better console

Truth of the matter is that you have an entire industry pushing towards digital media. What better way to entice people into buying digital versions of their product then by offering incentive to do so, be it DLC, upgrades, etc. The offer is for digital
customers, you did not buy the digital version, therefore you do not get the upgrade. Plain and simple.
