Upgrade dashboard, but solve the problems of the disc ?!!

Hey guys, you made a lot of ugrades on XBOX ONE, but until now you dont solve the problems of discs !!!

Sometimes my disc dont initialize this sucks !!!

Why and how to change the video input setting on your TV

Sorry to hear you're having issues. The disc not reading may be a symptom of the drive dying. You can try factory resetting the console to see if that helps. There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them. If
that doesn't work then you may need to consider sending the console in for a repair.

In the meantime you could try holding the disc for a second after the console grabs it to force it to read. This is not a recommended method though as it could cause the disc to be scratched.

 

Is your disk totally okay?

 

Dashboard upgrades are software updates and have nothing to do with the hardware issue of a new machine trying to read old discs

 

Yeah thanks for the help, but this is not the case, since i I bought XBOX ONE this problem always happen, my drive is okay because if I eject the disc and put again the game works !!

I try to factory reset and even so the problem happens, and this is not only in one game, sometimes works fine with every game that i have. The discs are in perfectly state.

Sometimes i turn one my Xbox put the disc and start to play with no problems, but when I eject the disc and put other game the **** happens, and appears the famous text that cant read the **** disc !! This Sucks !!! I dont have this
problem with my PS4.
