I recently preordered Call of Duty: Black ops 4 but before i knew it, there was a Digital Deluxe Edition. Is there a way to upgrade my preorder without having to pay twice?

Depending on who you're preordering with, you should be able to upgrade your preorder if and when a different edition is announced.

You would have to cancel the original preorder and then purchase the correct edition.

There's no upgrade option available for that game. You'd just have to cancel your current preorder and then preorder the deluxe edition.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

You may need to cancel the pre-order and since it's not yet released you should be able to as well as a refund will be automatic if you have used a Microsoft balance.

To do so, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, locate the game order and you will see an option to "cancel order".
