    Hi all,

    i purchased a new Xbox One S this past Nov. when i try to check my warranty status it says expired. My xbox’s internal power supply went bad for no apparent reason but I should still be well within my 1 year warranty. I contacted a customer support agent
    (Kevin) and uploaded pictures of my proof of purchase. He assured me the warranty would be updated. It says on the website it may take up to 24 hrs to update. That was 4 days ago. They are so hard to get in touch with. Anyone have any suggestions on what to
    do next? Thanks!

    Hello, I would call in again and speak with a live rep. We cant get into your account from here. Someone needs to look at account to see whats going on and if you need to have these services added back to your account. Especially if they havent refreshed
    and been added back after the 4 days. Let us know please if the issues has been fixed for you.
