Updating Problems

So i have played Battle Field 4 on my Xbox one for many hours, and now the game has stopped working. This is because the game no longer updates this has happened to most of my other Xbox one games as well. Like NBA 2k14. It says getting ready to update and
then says something went wrong and says check network i do it and it says its good and then i try again and then it doesn't work. I get stuck in this loop and i can no longer play games. I have contacted Microsoft support about this before and they say i have
to uninstall my game, which would be all of them or reset my console to factory default.

My console has had nothing but problems including have to get my controller fixed by Microsoft.

I am now thinking of buying a PS4 which seems like the better option for me at this time.

Updating problems

Whenever I put in any of my games it requires me to update. When I try to update it, it will move a small bit and will stay there. It's not my internet, I've reset my router and modem. I have also disconnected from the internet and then reconnected, and
it still updates the same.

not updated online, go to 15% and to, reports network problems but when the diagnosis is made, it's all ok.

off linepen drive, going up to 5% and gives error E101 00,000,504 8b05041

 

Mine won't update Titanfall it stops at 99%

 

Sorry to hear about your problem. I would first try what I call "Fully Restarting" your console. Turn the console on, then hold the power button down on the console until your screen goes black. Also, check out this page for other troubleshooting ideas.
