Updating Fortnite to Season 7

We suggest (to narrow down the possible issues) a reset of the console since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Please keep in mind that there minimum requirements in network connectivity in order for a game or app to have a
“Certified” experience. The higher your connection speed, the better your experience will be.

The option provided by XBF Nestor is intended to not remove any game data whatsoever, as it intends to only remove profiles from the console and then perform its maintenance.

Try the option out after uninstalling Fortnite and its updates, or by cancelling the current update/installation attempting to download onto your console.

whilst doing this reset, will it save my games data for example purchases and such

my xbox is on the latest version and doesnt need an update , th gmae is fortnite so its not a disc and i dont understand why it says installation stopped
