    Updating console not working


    My xbox has a 3.5 Gb update and when I want update it, it says hat there's something wrong with Xbox live services I can't update my console.

    Friends list not updating

    having a problem with friends list updating it is showing my list from a week ago and not updating. Tried everything I can think of I unplugged the console rebooted my router. Signed out of my profile and back in and still not working.

    Hello,

    Not everyone is getting this update immediately. This update is being rolled out to everyone over the course of this whole week. You can get it anytime between now, and the end of Sunday. Please be patient, nothing is required on your part to get the update.
    You will automatically be asked to update it when it's your turn to get the update.

    Sorry to hear it. It sounds as though you are in the preview program. In the future preview issues should be limited to the preview forums.

    In the meantime, please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    You console may require a update. Go to the settings on the console and select system, then go to console info and updates then select update console. If that doesn't work you will have contact xbox support

    my xbox one is stuck on the updating screen i have had this problem happen before but was apply to resolve it by doing a factory restore but this time it won't go into the factory restore settings.
    Yeah i have this issue too but as for mine it wont go back to any kind of page when its done loading itll stay on a black loading screen and my other issue is that my code from my xbox live card isnt being read through my system it says my code is not valid
    and i just bought that card yesterday 05/18/20 and its a 3 month gold membership how can i fix my issues?

    I recommend get the UPS power back up such as APC and other brand that help to prevent brown-out or power failures. when power goes failed and the UPS keep power on while updating files or saving profiles.
