    Updates screen won’t load


    If I go to manage a game and its add-ons, then to its updates page, the loading circle never goes away, presumably since it’s not loading. This also happens on the general updates page.

    I’m on a Xbox One with great internet and no other issues besides Apex Legends not loading, since it needs an update, I presume.

    I am having the same issue! I spent 20$ on VC now it won’t load. I can start another career but can’t load in the one with my money on it. Sends me to Xbox Home Screen .

    Xbox series x won't update or install games or apps

    I currently have this issue. Was in the middle of Starfield and the power went out. Didn’t come back on until 20mins later. Didn’t think to get back on because it was late. I get on after work and Starfield needs an update but none of the apps will fully load. I can open apps/ games and it’ll load but it won’t get past loading screen. I reset the Series X but kept the apps and games. And now I can’t even sign in.
