Updates for games stop at 99%

I just got my console and when i download my updates I have no issue except the fack that all of my updates are stuck at 99%. Any help would be appreciated!

Call Of Duty Ghosts update stops at 97%!

Update took almost an hour for me. 98-99% taking the longest. Whatever you do, don't "stop installation" on it. It deleted the entire game from my HD.

 

Error 0x87df2ee2 - Forza 5

I am having this exact error code as well for only Forza 5. When trying to update, it will stop updating and when I click to resume, it will stop again. I've been at 99% for an hour. I have also already tried unplugging it for 5 minutes on two different
occasions. Help??

 

How long has it been like that? If it has been for quite a few hours you can try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

 

It has been overnight and I have done the turning off and unplugging the console

 

If installing updates for a disc game you will need to insert the disc for it to finish the update.

 

the disc is in. it gets to 99 and i open the game and it does the updating 99%

 

My updates get to 100% then stop i have tried everything and nothing seems to work but it only happens to most of my games like borderlands and saints row and farcry 4
