Discus and support Updates failing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; everytime i get an update for a game it will sit at 0% and stop me from doing anything until i hard reset my xbox and than when i turn my xbox back on...     everytime i get an update for a game it will sit at 0% and stop me from doing anything until i hard reset my xbox and than when i turn my xbox back on it has to reinstall the entire game again this has happened on multiple consoles and is happening alot
    more frequently now pls fix this i am not reinstalling games every week

    The Uninstall thing seems like a new bug / feature added in the latest dash.

    Let's hope they fix it soon.

    its been happening with games like halo for just over a year now but yeah since the last update it has spread to all my other games

    I'd recommending running through all steps in
    this thread     first so we know the results of all steps. If this doesn't resolve the problem then I'd recommend creating a new thread in the 00 - 2013 Xbox Dashboard Update forums

    I am also experiencing same error. Power recycling does not fix it. I have downloaded update 3 times to no avail.

    I actually had that error of: 3143-397F-1600-2203-C000-0001 on my one console and if I remember correctly that means that the console has been modified or tampered with. I didn't do anything with my console but I found mine was refurbished and so it was
    opened by someone other then Microsoft. If you call into the Xbox Support line they can tell you for sure.
