Updates and games won't download

The only other thing I can think of, seeing as you factory reset keeping games and apps, is corruption in the game install which would require an uninstall and reinstall of the game.

It seems to be all games that is having problems downloading ive 250gb free so should be ok for most games. Like i say system update works along with the store updateded ok. Just games wont download. There is a error i jusy didnt take it down. Been playing
cod online and that works fine so the internet works fine.

Does it give a error code?

Have you got plenty of free disc space to accommodate the size of the update or download?

Is it just one game or many games?

Done everything you suggest i even factory reset my hard drive. But kept the games. Store updates are working could update events beta, could update rewards was even able to update avatars. But when i try and download a game it says error then stops. Since
other software updates are working i doubt its is my hardware. I can play online games just cant download games.
