Updates Always Download The Entire Game

Hello, and thank you in advance to those who offer help.

It does not matter whether it was originally a download or a physical disc (actually, this almost exclusively happened with games that I have a physical disc for aside from the Assassin's Creed: Unity debacles), but every single time a game update is available,
my Xbox One (in some cases re-) downloads the ENTIRE game.

Sooner or later, this is going to get me into some serious trouble with my ISP.

Has anyone else had this problem and/or does anyone have a solution to this problem?

I have tried simply deleting and re-installing games from the disc, but the games never re-install from the disc. They always download. I have also tried disconnecting my Internet connection to re-install. It won't work. I have Googled (I mean Bing'd) this
problem to no avail. Any help will be appreciated!

P.S. Mods, please delete the duplicate thread that ISN'T this one.

Is there anyone who might be able to help with this issue? Using 400GB a month of data is not good just because someone can't get their *ahem* together.

Is there somewhere else I should be posting this?

Petermaponya, I understand your frustration as a player because I have experienced it in the past when using this game. However, I am afraid I must point out that this is an issue on Epic's side and the servers hosting this game. It is not just a Series X/S console issue; it occurs on Xbox One and even if you are using the game from a PC. It is a matter of some files getting corrupted, which prevents the update from loading, and by default, it reinstalls the entire game.
