Updated Xbox Terms of Use

Hello,

I hadn't logged in to my xbox in a while, and I decided to do it today. I updated the software, all went fine. Then I decided to lod xbox smart glass on my iPhone. I try to log in to the app, and I get the following error:

Account Problem: We've updated the Xbox Terms of use. Read the new agreement at Xbox.com

I log in to xbox.com but I can not find the terms of use anywhere. Nothing to agree with. I searched all over the account information, and nothing..

Accepting Updated Terms of Use

Try this, it might work. First off all go onto your Xbox 360 are Xbox One. Then goto Settings, then click on Privacy, then Change setting, then click on Adult. Then save & exit. it will sign you out, then sign back in to see if it made the changes are not.
If it did go onto the Xbox website, and accept terms of use. Once you have done that its done, now go back to your settings and change it back to child. It should work because it worked for my sister.

 

Accepting Updated Terms of Use

I have to accept the terms of use on my account and I do not know the password for the parent account. I made the account using my sisters email, she no longer uses the email and does not know the password and we have tried changing it but we have had no
luck. I want to play a xbox live on my account but this message keeps popping up and there is nothing I can do to change it. Any support would be great contact

You should just need to accept the Terms at the bottom of the page, also if that doesnt work, you could redownload smartglass to your iPhone.

 

i have the same problem and it did not work redownloading.
