    Updated Xbox One, now it won't turn on.


    My partner just turned on her Xbox One S, and the automatic system update began. She isn't tech savvy at all, so asked me what it meant and I assured her it was fine. She left it for a while, then came back to it and her TV and the Xbox were completely shut
    off.

    She tried turning on her console, and the power button on the front of the console and the Xbox button on the controller just started slowly pulsing. Similar to when you try to connect a controller to the console, but the pulses aren't as frequent.

    She then unplugged it and then plugged it in again, tried turning it on and was presented with this error code:

    Would anyone be able to advise us on how to fix this please?

    Hi I've tried everything. I have a normal xbox one.

    I've tried Unplugging the xbox after an update

    Holding down the X icon for 10 seconds

    Holding down the power button for 10 seconds

    Switching plugs

    And still it won't turn on after the update. The xbox acknowledges that's its on cos it makes some bleeping sound but it just won't turn on

    Xbox updated and now will not turn on

    Turned on TV. xbox wanted to do an update (approx 521mb). Xbox went through the update process and when it rebooted it would not turn on. When I press the on botton, you hear a faint noise and power brick is yellow.

    I did a factory reset by holding down the bottom on the side and dvd eject while tapping the power botton. Xbox turns on, power brick is green and xbox reboots and I reset everything. Then xbox says it needs to do an update and after the update completes
    it will not boot

    seems like it has something to do with the update?
