Updated my credit card information and can't buy anymore

Hi,

How are you guys doing? I hope you all are fine.

So, I updated my credit card information, same number, different "valid thru" date and security code. When I did add the card, a small amount was charged, everything was fine until here. After this confirmation charge, nothing else is charged. I just can't
buy at Xbox Store. An error says that my card holder refused the payment, but I already called them and not a single try shows up in their system. If I try to buy at any other site, my card works and the charge shows up in the card holder system, but if I
try to buy at Xbox store, don't.

I already removed the card and added back a dozen times, every time I add the card back, a small confirmation value is charged successful, I even receive the SMS confirmation, but any other purchase works. I tried the support chat a lot of times and every
time the answer is the same "The card holder is rejecting, call them", so I call the card holder and they say "The purchase attempt is not even showing up here, it's like its never left Microsoft servers, call Microsoft".

Please, guys, help me out, I'm without options.

Microsoft Store Problem

Hey! So I'm on Xbox one X and I'm having issues with buying games. So I can't buy anything from the Microsoft store with my credit card, but my dad's card works fine. I Have updated my card information many times. And when trying to buy a game Xbox
says "Can't process payment". Also I can buy Forza Horizon 4 dlc cars from the ingame marketplace with my card but not from Microsoft store?
