Updated controller

Everything works great with my astro a50 for a out 20 minutes then the controller stops working. On screen it says reconnect controller but the light is on but no buttons work. Only way to fix is to take the battery out and reinstall. I did notice that on
the front of the controller it has 2 red lights that flash and that's normal. But when it loses connectivity those lights do not flash........ I have 2 controllers and both are doing the same thing. I bought the adapter and headset yesterday.

Xbox One controller problems!

Yes, I have updated my controller. I updated the controller that was first having the problems that came with the xbox one. I also updated the new controller that I received from microsoft and the issue still occurs. Like I said it's not as common but
still happens enough where I can't play anything.

 

Charge and Play Kit problem.

Unfortunately, the cable isn't the problem. I tried using it for my phone and it worked perfectly, no wiggling needed. The controller charged before being updated and wouldn't charge after being updated. No cable will charge the battery on an updated controller.

 

had the same Problem a couple times, guess Needs another fix. just Held the xbox button till it shut down and then turned it back on, worked. but hab the Problem a couple times.

 

Had it happen to me a couple times as well when using the adapter. Once the controller turned off completely and had to be resynced and the other time the audio stopped playing and the controller locked up...had to turn it off and on.

 

Yup, happened to me as well after updating and using the controller with the adapter.

 

Anyone know of a fix? It keeps happening to me........
