    Updated all the time lately


    Hey I love xbox I would never change I have had the original xbox , 360, first Gen xbox one and now the xbox one s. so this is just for my own pure peace of mind. I understand that updates are a nesasary evil and that to stay well up to date we need them.
    but over the last two weeks I have had three maybe even four updates. The last two on monday and Tuesday back to back. IS everyone else having these many updates as of late. just looking to see like I said system works great and everything just checking the
    community.

    Updated all the time lately

    If you're part of the preview program you'll receive a lot of updates. Even if not, I think there have been a lot of updates lately. If you set your console to Instant On mode you'll never notice them.

    It can honestly vary at times. I've seen content released on the Marketplace as late as noon that day, it all depends. But usually, in a ideal situation, they tend to update the Marketplace around 2AM PST.

    Your console is likely still in the preview program, so you're now receiving the preview updates for the next system update that will be released to the public soon. If you'd like to stop getting the preview updates, you'll need to unenroll your console
    through the Preview Dashboard app - the unenrollment will take effect once this update being tested is released to the public... you'll only receive the monthly public updates after that.

    Yeah thanks. I tried this just after update. Got bad internet where I am and swallowed half an hour before I could get a game.
