    Updated account on xBox.com, account on 360 not updating?


    What am I doing wrong? Do I need to redownload my profile for it to recognize the updates?

    xbox.com will not reflect updated account.

    The account is the same, the profile name was changed due to my friends thinking the one currently shown was objectionable.

    The gamerscore and other info like games played has not updated since the change however.

    I'll try to put it better.

    When I sign in using my windowslive id my account comes up as crazy murderer. When I try to reset the password for this account, I get an email and in the 1st line it recognizes me as FirecamX. I do not have multiple hotmail addys or windowslive ids. Both
    usernames are attached to the same email address/pass. FirecamX you linked is my current account.

    Is everything else the same between the two accounts, i.e. the gamerscore and recently played games etc...? Or have you created a new account under the new username, "FirecamX"?

    I changed my region from United States to Canada, and then I updated my billing information.

    Same here. After I migrate my account the xbox 360 Dashboard not changed.

    Did you update your region on your Xbox console as well? If not, be sure to update that by going to Settings>System Settings>Console>Language and Locale. Updated account on xBox.com, account on 360 not updating? :)

    Yes, it shows as Canada on my console. Though my billing information on the console still wants me to enter what state I am from, and no provinces are listed.
