an Xbox LIVE Gold Membership or other Xbox LIVE paid subscription using a prepaid card, your subscription will continue but will downgrade to a free Xbox LIVE membership at the end of your pre-purchase paid membership period, regardless of whether you have
a billing account. To maintain your paid membership, you must set your account to automatically renew with a charge to your payment method, or you must enter a new prepaid card.

....if this upcoming BF3 is gonna have any large "easter egg" DLC like the Vietnam expansion for BC2....i.e., is this sort of practice gonna become the norm for DICE games.



another Vietnam expansion would be cool....maybe some downtown Saigon battles like a "rush" style game where you try to attack/defend the embassy as it's being evac'd .....if they do throw another Vietnam expansion please please give us nepalm strikes, and
realistic claymores ...not those "shortbus special" claymores with the glowing lines on the screen from COD....



doesn't have to be Vietnam either....how 'bout Korea circa 1950, or even WW1....give us a 1943'ish game with trenches, fixed MG's a few WW1 vehicles (mosquito tanks, sopwith camels) and fixed classes....or even a console HD updated version of 2142...think
of the possibilities......later on ofcourse, not right after release

That's the point of this thread lol. To find out what the update is. I had a 2 gig update waiting to download when I turned my xbox on this morning. It is a newer update then the latest November one. I compared the version numbers.

 

Madness! Hopefully they fixed some the dam problems that have been plaguing the system of late! 2 gig is pretty big so hopefully it fixed a lot!!!!!

 

Yeah, I'm not sure lol. It didn't list anything about what it contained and I don't see anything about it online.

 

I don't even care if they add anything new. Just fix what's there!!

 

I don't either. Just kind of curious what the 2 gig download was for?

 

Maybe it's their way of fixing stuff without admitting that there was anything wrong in the first place

 

I discovered it by accident last night while going through my settings and downloaded it manually. I have no idea what it was for either. Do you think they'll make an announcement?
