Update XboxOne ERROR

I have this error "0x8923000A 0x00000000 0x9FFF0004" when i update to Xboxone console.

Very slow update then I know it blocks. I tried both by connecting to WiFi and to the ethernet cable.

Now the update don’t start!! After 10 minutes 0%!!!!

Hi Steven,

I did what was reported, Once that has been done, go to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address.
I eliminated it continues to be very slow, almost blocked the update after 5 minutes is still at 1%.

The NAT is Open.

on both xboxes it gives me the same problem!

"both console"? If you have the same exact update problem on 2 different console, maybe is something related to your network.

I suggest you to try always with ethernet connection because is more stable, if you can, as suggested by XBF Steven R try with a different
network if you can, in the worst scenario, you can use your smartphone as a hotspot and connect wireless.

Hey there fabiot,

Thanks for the reply. If the steps previously posted have not resolved the issue, then I would reset your network by unplugging your modem/router for a couple of minutes while the console is unplugged and to try again after that to update.

I recommend trying another network if you are able to as well.

When you get the chance, try that and let us know if that positively affected the situation.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your consoles to update as intended. I can totally understand how this could be a pretty confusing issue to deal with, but hopefully we can help. Usually when it comes to an issue updating
multiple consoles, it stems from some kind of network problem. That being said, what does your NAT type reflect in Settings> General> Network settings?

If you have an open NAT type, I would suggest going to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage
in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting.

When you get the chance, give that step shot and let us know what your network diagnostics reflect.
