    Update Xbox One


    Hello! I'm having trouble with my controls ... They disconnect all the time and I've done all the procedures that support told me. This started after the new update ... I wonder if I have to remove the update or if you have another way to solve it! Thank

    Update Xbox One

    There really is no way to remove the update. Do you have more than one controller that are doing the same thing? If so try a hard reset and please do it like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results.
