    Update won't finish - freezes and turns off - help please


    My son turned on the Xbox and it started to download and install the latest update. Over and over again today. It gets to 92%, freezes and then turns itself off due to inactivity. I saw it get to 95% once. Help please. How do I fix this.

    Xbox 360 slim freezes right after logo screen

    Please help! My Xbox 360 slim continues to freeze every time right after the logo screen, the screen glitches and turns blue and green then freezes. It won't response except the power button. What should be done? Please need help!

    Never turn the XBOX off with gears 3. Always eject the disk if it freezes. If the disk won't eject then power off.
