Update stuck at 15%

Hi. I'm a ring 4 Insider, and today I finally received the creators update. I tried to update, but everytime it reaches 15% it tooks like 15 minutes to download a single MB. I restarted it 2 times, but it stills frozen. Please help me, I really want this
update.

Madden NFL 15 update stuck at 100%

I realize it has been a number of hours since your original question was posed. Are you still having this issue?

Madden NFL 15 update stuck at 100%

Madden 15 on my One apparently downloaded an update and now it says "Updating...100%" and won't do anything. How do I fix this?

tried all that was suggested above , and none seem to work for me.

the xbox was working fine up until yesterday when outages started to be reported on social media.

I can only assume a dodgy update has been sent out to the xbox and its corrupted it some how.

Try doing a Power cycle, this should fix your problem.

already tried a power cycle, and it diden't help me, update still faisl at 15% donwload.
