update still not working

When is the fix coming for the update issue this is getting really old. Have tried all of the support ideas with nothing working. Filed complaint with BBB

Update still not working....

I Have tried everything to RB+LB+X to burning the update on a disc, nothing is making the system update and its making me mad. Please post any solutions here to help. Thanks!

Update still not working....

Greetings HamEgg!

If you haven’t already, power off your network equipment (modem and router) for 2 minutes. Power on the modem and wait one minute of it to connect properly. Turn on the next device, your router, and wait another minute.

Turn on the Xbox clear the Xbox system cache. This will remove temporary files and data from the system cache. Go to
Settings and select System settings. Select
Storage. Highlight your storage device and press “Y” on your controller. Select
Clear system cache. Note! Clear Xbox system cache three times in a row.

Navigate to Xbox network settings. Select Additional Settings tab and select
Restore to factory defaults. Press “B” on your controller and select Test Xbox LIVE Connection. If wireless, configure Xbox wireless settings.

If your Xbox still fails to update the system software, please read:
START HERE! And post back in full detail (the bits in bold) so that we can get a better understanding of your network set up and your networking devices.

What update issue are you having? Please post any error codes that you may be receiving as well.

Thanks for the advice, but I already tried this (many times) and still not working

And the wifi connection works just fine.

According to Xbox support page the code indicates that a storage device (memory unit or hard drive) was not found during the software update. Follow these steps:

Turn off your console.

Remove all console storage devices, including any USB flash drives, external hard drives, or the internal hard drive on the Xbox 360 S console. Learn how to remove the hard drive.

Add your primary storage device, for example, the hard drive.

Turn on the console

Try updating the console again.
