Update stalls at 39% of verifying

Thx. I dont understand why I was prompted to verify ownership of both these games after I stallation. Why cant they simply put a tag on it the game was I stalled from DVD to begin with?

Thank you for reaching out to us, I can see how frustrating this is. The E106 error is a system error caused by data cache, so clearing the cache on your Xbox One console could be the solution. To do so follow these steps:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
2. Go to Settings Tab, select System Settings ==> Select Storage.
3. Select any of the listed storage device press Y on the controller.
4. Select Clear System Cache.
5. When prompted for a confirmation, select Yes

After doing so, reset your Xbox One console by doing the following steps:

1. Turn off your Xbox One.
2. Unplug it for at least 30 seconds.
3. Plug it back, then press and hold Bind button (located on the left side of the Xbox One) and the Ejectbutton.
4. Then, power on the console without releasing the Bind and Eject button.
5. Release the Bind and Eject button after two power-up beep sounds.
6. After that, you should enter the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.
7. Then select the Reset this Xbox using the controller
