Update stalls at 15%

The current update stalls at 15%. When attempting offline usb update the update stops at 5% with an E101 error. I need either the preview program offline usb file or to be removed from the program.

Have done factory reset and contacted support and twitter.

Game download stalls at 15%

Hello,

I've recently bought Armored core:Verdict day via xbox live, but the download gets to 15% every time and then says "Cannot Download". No other error messages or codes are provided.

I've taken all the steps suggested (deleting the partial download, clearing the cache, restarting xbox, then restarting the download), as well as port forwarding which was done previously. I have repeated the first process about 3 times, wirelessly, and
also the last attempt was done with a wired connection to the router.

I'll take it up with the microsoft customer services in the week, I've run out of patience trying to sort this out.

Ignoring that comment,

What did Xbox say if/when you called support? To me if none of the DIFFERENT suggestions above failed to work, I am now suspecting it is a content issue with Xbox rather than your console. I've had a download stuck at 1% for days before it started and moved.
Perhaps you need better internet connection or maybe you need to delete the download then clear your system and power it down for a few hours. Come back later, find something free, like a theme or gamerpics DOWNLOAD those and see if they work/finish downloading.
I suggest this because I am highly interested in finding out if its just that download or all downloads.

I have deleted it, cleared the cache, and re-started the download in excess of 10 times without success. I've pored over my router settings, and also downloaded other games without a problem. Very strange situation.

Hi,

Please try to clear marketplace cache. It is possible you don't have this option Settings->System Settings->Storage->Hard Drive->System Items->Marketplace Cache

Also try to delete your profile and re-download it Settings->System Settings->Storage->Hard Drive->Profiles->(delete the profile only) then re-download the profile.
