Update speed for games

hi my name is brock,I am actually running off of a phone hotspot right now,due to no wifi nearby,so if you know fortnite just released a new update for season 5 and i have been trying to up date it all day but it is just super slow and it keeps freezing

Xbox won't download update

Why won't my Xbox download the update for need for speed most wanted and will for every other game?? NEED HELP!!

2.0 download question! PLEASE HELP!

I don't think it matters. Microsoft obviously didn't design the xbox 360 or xbox one with download speed in mind. Been downloading for a hour an a half and only 66% complete...Been asking for an update to boost download speed since last September, when
Destiny was first released, but no that didn't happen. If Microsoft reads this, we hate waiting 3 hours to play a game. Get move on an update for quicker download speeds.

Running your connection through a phone hotspot is not the best way. I suggest you to use wired ethernet or at least a solid wifi connection

The hotspot allows a temporary connection (depending on the provider), the use is not recommended for updates or big downloads. You can take the console to the home of a friend who has a fast connection and use his network to update the game or system.

hello some games has to be updated using your internet connection, the speed of the download depends on your internet speed.

U can speed it up if u just do the game and do updates later but the speeds are normaly diffrent on internet connection
