    Does anyone with the new update no if it fixes the black screen problem? I have 2 days left to return my X1 to bestbuy for a full refund and don't want to miss out if this doesn't fix it.

    Update question

    I read it fixes some black screen bug, but just resetting the box fixes it, I would not take it back because of a random update bug that sometimes gives youa black screen. Up to you though.

    It does it every day no matter the game or app. If I'm playing or watching something and try to go to the home screen BAM!! Black screen. I don't no if it's a bug or something with my X1.

    False. Many people who have never modified their xBox 360's are having trouble. The only known and possible fix is paying $100 to renew a warranty and send it in to get a repair, because of a patch???
