    It does it every day no matter the game or app. If I'm playing or watching something and try to go to the home screen BAM!! Black screen. I don't no if it's a bug or something with my X1.

    False. Many people who have never modified their xBox 360's are having trouble. The only known and possible fix is paying $100 to renew a warranty and send it in to get a repair, because of a patch???
