Update Question No. 2

So I think my Xbox is enrolled in the insider program and I'm pretty sure that's why I have a new update. As i recently posted Im running off my phones hotspot and I can't install it and now I reset my Xbox and it won't let me even load up the home screen
to sign out of the program without connecting to the internet and when I connect my hotspot it says I have to update. I tried to update it offline and now I'm getting an error code so I'm not sure I can even find the new update online to download it onto the
USB. It's really a terrible situation I've gotten myself into, I would really appreciate any ideas.

I cant get in contact with anyone it says chats aren't available for this issue

Hello. Have you tried to clear your system cache? You can do this while offline.
