Update problums

Hey guys just wondering if anyone's having issues with the x1 after the latest update. I'm having issues with the x1 reading discs and giving me a error message saying to clean you disc, this happens for all discs. I have also had the x1 not take discs as
if the disc drive is broken. just wanted to know if any one else is experienceing these issues as well

Hard reset.

Hold power button for 8 seconds then console will shut down on its own. Unplug console.

Unplug home Modem for 1-5 minutes. I did 5.

Plug modem back in let it boot up back to in service.

Plug Xbox One Back in and turn on.

This should fix the problem. As it did with mine and many other gamers.

Also as a last resort effort for the solution does not fix the issue Users have Reported Factory Reset Fixing the Issue.

Now fyi It has been asked that preview update questions be asked in the preview update forum.
