    Update problems


    Is anyone else having problems downloading the recent update? It starts updating but the console literally freezes midway through. If I can even get the console to work, it freezes 5 minutes into using it. I can’t play any games online because at some
    point while playing, I literally can’t do anything besides run and jump, no aiming, shooting, nothing. I can’t even use **** Netflix. Tried to use the console offline and doesn’t even work then, I’ve hard reset the damn thing about 20 times in the last 24
    hrs. Thought maybe the console was just being slow so I let it sit while I went to run errands, that was 5 hours ago and it’s still frozen.

    Update Problems.

    I found this information regarding that error code:

    A storage device (memory unit or hard drive) was not found during the software update. Follow these steps:

    1. Turn off your console.
    2. Remove all console storage devices, including any USB flash drives, external hard drives, or the internal hard drive on the Xbox 360 S console. Learn how to remove the
      hard drive      .
    3. Add your primary storage device, for example, the hard drive.
    4. Turn on the console
    5. Try updating the console again.

    Hey ShakyChaff36025! You can use a usb to
    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
